Can I force TurboTax to NOT use a form if I don't need it? I am stuck in review because it is insisting that I enter a SSN for a disabled dependent that I do not have.

My state review is stuck on the AR1000DC form Certificate For Individuals With Disabilities. I do not have any dependents claimed. But for some reason, TurboTax wants me to enter a dependent, disabled childs SSN. I don't know how to delete this form, or by pass this.
