Can I fix my federal return before e-filing? If so, how do I do this?

What is it that needs to be fixed?

zero value for line 6,7,11a,11,12,15,18.  This is because SSA -1099 only.  says it must be fixed to e-file or I will have to paper file.  No w-2 earnings or taxes paid.  I can't file state either.  Should I file an extension?
