Can I file the cost of filing my tax return last year?

Sorry no.  Misc Deductions have been eliminated starting in 2018.

The tax preparation fees paid in 2018 are no longer deductible as a Miscellaneous itemized deduction on a federal tax return due to the tax code changes.
