TurboTax does not support tax year 2019.
If you are trying to file a 2019 tax return for a tax refund, the refund will not be paid. The 2019 return with a refund had to be filed on or before July 17, 2023.
If you have taxes owed on the 2019 return you should file the tax return as soon as possible and pay the taxes owed. Penalties and interest will continue to accrue until the taxes owed have been paid.
You should locate a tax professional in your area to assist you in the completing the 2019 tax return if taxes are owed.
Some other tax software companies might still have software for 2019 available.
Tax returns for past years cannot be e-filed. However you prepare your 2019 tax return, you will have to print it, sign it, and file it by mail. When you file by mail you have to attach copies of your W-2s and any W-2G or 1099-R that has tax withheld. We suggest that you mail it by certified mail with a return receipt so that you get tracking and confirmation of delivery. Mail your federal and state tax returns in separate envelopes, because they go to different places.

We don't know. You can check around. Probably a local accountant or tax place can efile prior year returns.
