Can i file my taxes without my insurance papers even though I have health insurance from the state of Tennessee but i have yet to receive the paperwork, what should I do?

If you have insurance through the Marketplace, you need to include your 1095-A. If it is through a private insurer, all you need to do is enter the number of months you were covered.

Find your Form 1095-A online

  • Log in to Marketplace account
  • Select your this year application (be sure you’re not choosing last year's coverage application)
  • Select “Tax forms” from the menu on the left
  • View or download each Form 1095-A
  • All 1095-As are also available with your Marketplace messages
