Can I file my tax with a different account?

Yes if you haven't filed from this account.  Why do you want to change accounts?  You can abandon this one and use another account or go somewhere else.   But you will have to start over.  Or do you want to file with your spouse on their account?

Is it possible for you to tell me how much I got for my last years tax for both federal and state? 

We cannot see your tax returns so would have no idea what your tax was last year or this year.
