You cannot use the CD/download (desktop) software on any sort of mobile device, but you can use online TurboTax on your iPad.

Not sure why you think someone avoided your question.   This is not live chat.  You post a question to the forum and wait for a reply.

And if you want to transfer from last year you need to have the .tax2021 file from your computer to transfer into the online version.  We are assuming you used the Turbo Tax Desktop CD/Download program last year.  Or did you use the Online web version?
