Can I file Head of Household when my soon-to-be ex-spouse refused to leave the home but didn't contribute financially for the year to the house or the kids?

I filed for divorce in August because he was not helping with the house or kids and he became worse after that. I cannot get his financial information from him and need to file my taxes, and I am looking for options. The divorce has been submitted for a default judgment since he refuses to participate. The judgment should be rendered in March but I typically try to file taxes earlier than that.
