If your W-2 is titled "W-2VI" at the bottom left, and/or box 2 is labeled "VI Income Tax Withheld", you can't use TurboTax to file your VI tax return.
I understand I cannot e-file through here, but it states I can print out and mail. Here in the VI, we physically hand it into the Bureau of Revenue. This would not work either?
Are you referring to the mailing address section of the Personal Info tab? I will provide you a screen image that shows how to enter the Virgin Islands address.
I can't address any issue, however, about whether a VI resident can use TurboTax or not. But when I made the screen images, the warning just says that a Virgin Island resident may not be able to efile if they have W-2 income from an employer there in one of the listed US Possessions.
@ brendanpotter
I'm going to ask for more info for you on exactly what all that TurboTax can or cannot do for you in regards to filing from the Virgin Islands. I have seen threads that say it cannot prepare a Virgin Islands return, as SuperUser Carl stated above. So I'll try to get you something more definitive or perhaps @ Carl will also provide more info.
Actually, I just went back and read my original response. Without realizing how it would be interpreted, what I "should" have type was "federal" instead of "VI". Even I was not aware that the VI uses the same federal tax forms. I assumed VI had their own forms. So that's why I stated TT could not be used to file a VI tax return. It would propably be more correct to say you can't use TurboTax to e-file a VI ruturn, but you can use the program to prepare, print and mail a VI return to the appropriate taxing authority in the Virgin Isles.
I found this long answer from a TurboTax TaxPro:
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3776846-can-i-use-turbotax-if-i-now-live-in-the-us-virgin-islands">https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3776846-can-i-use-turbotax-if-i-now-live-in-the-us-virgin-islands</a>
After reading that, I'd say to heck with it and dump TurboTax. All that additional work that I would have to do, is just not worth the price of paying for the turbotax program, to me anyway.
NOTE:
I provided address instructions below, but I'm going to ask for more info for you on exactly what all that TurboTax can or cannot do for you in regards to filing from the Virgin Islands. I have seen other threads that say it cannot prepare a Virgin Islands return. So I'll try to get you something more definitive.

Here's how to enter a mailing address for Virgin Islands in the Personal Info section.
If the Virgin Islands was your "resident state" on December 31, 2016, then the first image shows how to select it.
The next 2 images show how to get the proper fields to appear for a US Possession, where you can select Virgin Islands in the dropdown menu.
You will also see on that third screen a warning that you may not be able to efile the return if you received a W-2 from an employer there in one of those listed US Possessions.
