Can I file for extention if I printed my return even though I have not mailed it and wasn't planning on filing it by mail?

Yes. You may still file an extension.  Log back into your account and go to "Tax Tools" in the left-side navigation, then click "Tools". You'll then click on "File an extension" in the Tools Center screen that populates.
