Can I file by mail or online from Thailand?

You can e-file from anywhere in the world where you have internet access.  Do be aware that you have to pay your TurboTax fees with a U.S. based credit card, and that the IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank.  The IRS will only mail a check to a foreign country.
