Yes, you can add another account.  An online account is only good for 1 Federal return.   When using Online TurboTax, you need a second separate account to prepare another return for someone else.   Only the desktop software can prepare more than 1 return.

You can use the same email address for notification purposes in the underlying Profile section in up to 5 accounts, but each User ID has to be unique.

That depends on the type of income she has and her age,  Thre is what is referred to as kiddie tax. when a child has a certain amount of unearned income its subject to a special tax computation

in certain cases her income can be reported on your return

however, she must file her own return if any of these conditions apply:

1) earned income - wages or self-employment income

2) gross income over $12500

3  income from other than interest, dividends and capital gain distributions ( stock sale is not a capital gain distribution) (like 1 above)

4 no Federal tax overpayment from 2022 applied to 2023 or Federal estimates made or withholding taxes

5) over 19 if not a full-time student or 24 or older if a full-time

6) married and wants to file jointly.

You'll need a unique user ID for her a/c but can use the same e-mail address

the other option is to use a desktop version which allows for e-filing of up to 5 returns (federal and state returns for the same taxpayer are deemed one return)

other than the fee for the app there is no fee for Federal e-filing. There are fees for e-filing states except NY.
