Yes--when it asks how you will pay your tax due say you will mail a check.  TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you pay your tax.   When you are ready to pay you can pay by whatever method you really want to use.   Be mindful that the filing deadline is midnight tonight--October 16-- and if you owe and pay late you will be subject to late penalties and interest for which the IRS will bill you later.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment.  For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

You can e-file the 2022 tax return and in the File section of the program on Step 2 when taxes are owed you can select mail a check.

After you e-file to pay the federal taxes owed you can print out the Form 1040-V and mail the form with your check to the IRS .

Or you can pay the taxes owed on the this IRS website using Direct Pay - https://www.irs.gov/payments
