Can I do it for free in turbotax? I am a non resident alien. I want to file only my state tax with W-2 form.

If you are a non-resident alien, your return must be filed on Form 1040NR, which cannot be prepared using TurboTax.  You can use TT’s partner, sprintax:

Thanks for the reply, but isn't 1040NR for federal tax? or does state also have a separate 1040NR ?

When you use this software ---and I assume when you use sprintax----the information flows from the federal return to the state return.  You cannot use the TT software for a "stand alone" state return.   You can see if you are able to use the state's tax web site to prepare a state return.   State tax laws vary, so I am not sure whether your NRA status would be an obstacle to using the state's site or not.
