Can I delete a State Return after I have efiled and start over? The Start Over link does not zero out my done return and I need to completely restart. How do I delete?

I need to change the question asked in the beginning regarding if I had filed my state return in previous year. The Start Over button and review button does not ask this again for me to change it. My State Return was rejected because I clicked yes, and put my IRS AGI. How can I delete the entire State Return and start completely fresh, with the prompted questions I need to change? Thank you.

To delete your state and start over, while logged in to your account:

Click on "State"
Click on "Your State Returns"
Click on "Delete" next to your state
Confirm you want to delete

Turbo says if you delete you cannot get that state back. I started my return and the information that was transferred is incorrect. How can I start over.
