Can I correct an error on Schedule 5? I got an extension last year (for 2017) and paid 1636. Turbo tax has ADDED 1636 to my payments for 2018. IRS won't like it!

To get to Schedule 5:

Restart Turbo Tax,  and on the black line across the top, select File / Open Tax Return, and Continue.

Again, on the black menu bar at the top, select View, and then Forms.

On the left side frame entitled "Forms in My Return,"  select Schedule 5.  See the error there?

Again, on the left side frame, move your cursor down to select "Tax Payments."

On line 9, "2018 Extensions", I corrected the error on my form from 1636 to 0.

See attached file for visuals.  (Now I have to pay $1636 more! - I'm honest.)
