Can I claim my daughter as disabled or at least as a dependent? She was 19 & did no work. She is high functioning autistic receiving SSI. She has epilepsy & PTSD.

Yes, you can claim her as a dependent. If she is considered permanently and totally disabled she is considered a qualifying child. If not, she still is a qualifying relative because she has no income.
