Can I claim my 22 year son as a dependent. He was injured on his job in 2021 and last year lived at home all year and was listed as temporary total disabled.

If he had less than $4,400 of income and you provided more than half of his support you can claim him.

Yes, you can claim his as your Other Dependent, as long as his income was not over $4,400.

Based on his w-2 he made under $300, but he did receive worker's compensation (that's not taxable).

ignore the WC insurance since that's not part of gross income.
