Can I claim my 19 year old daughter as my dependent if she lives in another country and I send her money every month for her school and allowance?

See IRS Publication 501, Exemptions, Standard Deduction, and Filing Information  - https://www.irs.gov/publications/p501#en_US_2017_publink1000220881

You generally can't claim a person as a dependent unless that person is a U.S. citizen, U.S. resident alien, U.S. national, or a resident of Canada or Mexico.

Is she a US citizen or legal resident of the US, Canada or Mexico?
