Can I claim lyft and uber rides on my taxes ???

You can only claim them if they are ordinary and necessary business expenses of self-employment.

 

Then you would claim them on Schedule C.

 

If they are employee business expenses, they are no longer deductible on your federal return.

costs of traveling from home to place of work and back are commutig costs and are not deductible.
