Can I claim head of household for 2019, if I didn't file them just paid the amount that I owed?

I had someone calculate my taxes on what I owed for 2019, but didn't file them just paid the IRS what I owed.

you have provided no info. we have no way of knowing if you qualify for HOH or any other issues you might have with filing 2019.

How did you pay?  Did you send in a check with a 2019 1040V voucher?  Or pay online?  Did you select 2019?  If the IRS got a payment but no return they will mail you a letter requesting the return.
