This email address on file is no longer existing. When I got text message ask me to check my email, I was not able to do so because the email address is not working any more. I must change it to a good email address to finish my returns
Click Edit at the right of the email address line.
Enter your new email address and confirm it.
Enter your password.
Click Save and you’re done.
If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax Online account please complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
