Can I change IRS address on 1040-ES?

San Francisco or Cincinnati?

I just talked with live help and IRS has changed destination of 1040-Form ES payments for western states. We no longer send them to San Francisco and the Cincinnati address printed on the TurboTax forms is the correct one for 2021.
