Can I bypass the step within Turbotax that requires me to pay to download the Pennsylvania program?

Most of my income is taxable in Hawaii. I was paid a small amount in Pennsylvania - less than $70.  State tax of $2.14 was deducted.  It is not worth paying Turbo-tax $39.95 to download the Pennsylvania State program.  I can file Pennsylvania manually.  How can I bypass the step within Turbo-tax that won't allow me to file my Federal or Hawaii returns until I have paid an additional $39.95 to download the PA Turbo-tax program?

You can go back to Personal Info and edit the section for Other State Income.  Remove Pennsylvania as a state where you made money.

Edit comment above to delete removal of PA income.

Perfect - Thank you very much for your advice.  A nice elegant solution.  I entered the info from the PA W2 so Federal tax gets paid on it and State tax has already been deducted.
