Can I by pass where it asks for a UK payer identification number. Turbo tax won't let me electronically file without a valid number. I don't have one ?

I dont receive any tax information from the UK

To clarify, what are you reporting?  Is it a retirement pension?  If so, did you pay taxes on it to the UK?
