Can I add my previous return to turbo tax from software version

I did my previous tax return with dowloaded software. Can I add to my turbo tax account

Are you trying to transfer your 2023 tax file in to start a new 2024 return?  You have to do that transfer at the very beginning before you enter any 2024 data.

 

How to transfer last year’s return?
