I want to add a delegate user that can enter say, W2 info, but not actually file the return so that I can review everything before the return is submitted.
Are you asking about TurboTax Full Service---so that a CPA can enter data for you??
Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I was actually thiking abuot a adding a friend or familily member as a separate user account.
No you cannot add a separate user account to allow someone else to access your account. It just does not work that way. If you want to give a trusted family member your account and user ID to access your account, that is up to you----but you cannot limit or control what they do when they access your account if you allow it.
No nothing like that. Sorry. They would have to log into your actual account. Why can't you enter your own W2 and 1099, etc? You have a lot of them?
Use Windows Remote Assistance to have another person share your computer screen with or without control while you are logged on.
Or use Scype.
