Can find my started 2017 return

I started my 2017 return if Feb 2017. Now when opening the Turbo Tax icon there is no file. I searched *.tax2017 with no luck either. Open my account online and it is saying I needed Plus to access my 2016 Tax file which was already loaded in with the started 2017 return??

Given what you explained, you may be in the incorrect account. Since it's possible to have multiple TurboTax accounts, try the directions below.

If you have changed your email address and can no longer access the email you used to sign up for TurboTax, you can submit a request to change your email here.
