Can anyone tell me why Intuit just charged me $70?

I cannot find anywhere on the app that explains why I have been charged and calling the customer service line is not helpful either.

Did you sign up for the TurboTax Advantage subscription where the desktop software is made available to you each tax year in November?

The $70 charge is for the 2023 TurboTax Deluxe desktop CD/Download edition.

 

If you what to cancel this order you will have to contact TurboTax support.  Use the key words Billing Issue

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
