Can anyone tell me why I made less than $20k last tax szn and this one, but last yr I got back almost $2k and this yr I’m getting back $0 and owe $70? Makes no sense?

TurboTax got my return estimate wrong last year so I’m afraid they’re wrong again this year. Last yr they said I’d get back more than $3k because I never received the last stimulus. But they were wrong the gov didn’t include it in my return even though I qualified. So I got back $1.5k no stimulus included. Now this year I made just about the same amount of money, less than $15k, but I’m not receiving ANYTHING? And I have to pay $80? It’s just not adding up. Did Florida laws change or something?
