I am doing my taxes today and when I came to importing my 1099-R, DIV and ONT forms for 2023, the program was unable to do that and I had to enter it all by hand after making my 1099 pdf files and uploading the. The same has happened with ItsDeductible - I have all of my donations date but the Turbotax software will not import it. It would take me forever to enter that data by hand. I was told by and agent that the problem could be with my Crome settings. Any suggestions?
