Can anyone tell me how to get a copy of court certificate. I am the executor of the will and filled out form 1310.

If a certificate is required according to the instructions of Form 1310, Statement of Person Claiming  Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer, you’ll need to contact the clerk of the court that appointed you as representative.
