Can anyone help me understand Federal withholding now that it's changed from the "0-9" to a formula? Even looking at the worksheet, I am confused. Thank you.

I changed my withholding from what it always has been, "0", to the formula that the IRS has, but I don't think I calculated it right.  I do miss the single digit options.  Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about filling out a W-4 form? Use the Tax Withholding Estimator on the IRS web site to figure out what to put on your W-4 form. It will show you how to adjust your withholding to get the approximate refund amount that you want.

My withholding has been "0" for years, so I'll just sign and submit a zeroed out W4.  Thanks for your help.
