Can 2017 tax year forms on Mac OS10.11 be opened and imported by new 2018 tax year TurboTax (Mac OS 10.12)?

Can I import my forms and data for the 2017 tax year into the 2018 tax year program?  I have always previously imported previous tax year's data so I don't have to start from scratch.  I bought a new computer solely in order to be able to use Turbo Tax.  Please advise.

Yes.  Just copy the .tax2017 file from the old Mac to the new one like using a flash drive.
