1. Should I file as single or "marriied filing separately"? My wife does not have any income in india
2. Can I file tax online on turbo tax as it is asking my wife SSN(she doesnot have any ssn or tax id as she is still in india) -- i chose "married filing separately"
3. If I can't file it online what is the procedure for filing it offline?
4. How do I get taxid for my wife and Kid ? should I apply along with my tax filing this year before mar-31-2023 or can apply next year also?

You haven't met the Substantial Presence Test for 2022 and therefore you would be considered a nonresident and file Form 1040-NR. TurboTax does not support Form 1040-NR for a non-resident.  You can prepare your return through a company we partner with called Sprintax

You will file married filing separately, if you were married on December 31, 2022 (you cannot file jointly on Form 1040-NR).
