Cam I change a questions on taxes that asked if I can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's taxes . My taxes got rejected due to I am on my mom's I did understand .

Yes, click My Info along the left side bar just above Federal. 

Click Edit and re-answer the questions. 
Be sure to select "Someone else can claim me" and "Someone else will claim me".
