California employee withholding allowance - same as W4?

Starting new job in 2019.  I can find in TT how to do the Federal W4 and calculate number of dependents, but what about California?  Is there a way to see the "worksheet" part of the W4 so I can use that data for the "California EDD Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate"?  Or is the California dependents going to be the same as the W4 number?  Employer asking for the California form and I am confused.  (https://www.edd.ca.gov/pdf_pub_ctr/de4.pdf

Yes. You can see the worksheet by switching to the Forms mode (Ctrl+2) and looking at Form W-4 Info.

Generally, the number of withholding allowances on the state W-4 will match the Federal number. There's very little difference between state and federal withholding taxes. The main distinction is that state withholding is based on state-level taxable income, while federal withholding is based on federal taxable dollars. State withholding rules tend to vary among the states, while federal withholding rules are consistent everywhere throughout the United States.

I am using TurboTax Online.  It looks like "Forms Mode" is not available to me.  Is that correct?
