Calculation of Mutual Fund Foreign Source Income

While entering the information for the foreign tax paid section in TurboTax, it is asking for the "Foreign Source Income".  I'm not sure what figures

from the 1099-DIV to use to calculate foreign source income for my mutual fund.

The 1099-DIV for the mutual fund has the following information:

Fgn Source Inc Tot: 41.33 and Fgn Source Inv Qual: 24.99.

Long Term Capital Gain: 12,125.51

Nonqualified div: 1090.26

Qualified div: 814.45

Short Term Capital Gain: 20.31

Total 14,050.53

Foreign tax withheld -44.06

I'm not sure which percentage to use 41.33 or 24.99 (or both?) and whether or not I'm supposed to use the Total 14,050.53 or

some combination of capital gains and dividends.

You look up all the pages of supporting statements for dividends. it is given either as a percentage or absolute number.
