Calculate estimated taxes for 2017

Can I start my taxes for 2017 now  since I'm not working?

The 2017 TurboTax software will not be available until late November/early December.  If you just want to get an idea of your 2017 tax situation you can use the tax  caster tool.  Keep in mind there may be changes in the tax laws by the time we file for 2017.
