button says "continue in turbotax online" but I'm not using TurboTax online

My turbotax is trying to convince me to upgrade from "basic" to "deluxe" but the choice is invalid.

 

The two choices it is offering me are

 

[Continue in TurboTax Online]            [Upgrade]

 

but that first choice is invalid because I'm not using TurboTax Online!   I'm using the Turbotax Basic on WIndows10.

You need to explain a lot more.  Did you install the Desktop program on your computer?  What screen is saying continue?  Can you post a screen shot?
