Bug in the online purchase web site

I just tried to buy TurboTax for 2023 (at https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/desktop-purchase), and find that it won't take my Visa-card info.  It'll take the number, and the security code, and the expiration year.  But none of the expiration months past 08 are accepted; I can see them, and click on them, but they don't update the drop-down box.  I picked another month, but of course then it couldn't verify my card details.  So unless you can fix that, or sell me the product through another venue, looks like I'll have to do my taxes using a competitor this year?

 

Also:  It would have been simpler to report this by phone, but I don't see a phone number on your home page.

 

Also, I wish you guys would take PayPal.  But that's a separate issue.

Contact TurboTax support and speak with an agent concerning this problem.  Use the key words Billing Issue
