i go thru the steps to import, the app tells me that i'm importing, then it tells me i'm done and i can go back to the tt window. but when i do that, nothing has changed. the window that initiates the import remains, and there's nothing else to do except use the back button. i was able to import from t rowe price, but fidelity fails to import.
This happens occasionally. Close TurboTax, then try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies. See the TurboTax Help articles How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for guidance.
Then, close the browser, re-open it, and open TurboTax Online again.
Finally, make sure you're only downloading information from one brokerage at a time.
