Box for payments and withholdings on 1099g already has a number in it but I don't see that on form

 

You can find your Federal Withholdings on the 1099-G in Box 4: 

 

You can enter your 1099-G in TurboTax by following these steps:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Select Search from the top right side of your screen,
3. Enter 1099-G,
4. Select Jump to 1099-G,
5. Follow the On-Screen Prompts to complete this section.
