Box b on my w2 doesn't have a dash but the website puts a dash after the first two numbers. Is this normal? Should I keep going?

If my ID was XXXXXXXXX it puts it in as XX-XXXXXXX

That's normal.  You can continue entering your W-2 & filing your taxes.
