You can't have negative local wages. Are you looking at a W2 and not a different form?

That's a mistake. You don't make negative income on a W2.

No, there is no correlation in this amount to the other amounts.  It may have to do with a local tax or it's a payroll mistake, I will contact them.  Thanks for your help : )
