Box 10b on a 1099-g from the District of Columbia

Hello, I'm using Turbo Tax deluxe and it has asked me for the state ID number in box 10b of the DC 1099-G form. The only problem is that the form does not have a 10b box. It has a 10a box but no 10b. Please help!

If unsure, use the EIN number that appears on the 1099-G in that box.

Is the EIN the Federal ID Number?

Yes.  If you do not have a separate DC ID, then use the Federal ID number.
