Bought new software for 2021 - says its available November 3 - now Dec 12 - will not download

New code is recognized but will not download

We have seen several posts like this so the moderators are being notified of a possible bug.   Check back in a day or two---they are not here on weekends so we will not know til the week gets underway.

Did you buy it from TT directly or thru a third party like Amazon ?

There currently is a problem with CDs from Amazon.   They are working in it.   They will be putting out an announcement for it. You might have to return the Amazon purchase and buy directly from Turbo Tax.

One person posted that they were able to save  the installation file from the CD to a thumb drive and then install from that saved .exe file.
