Bought new desktop subscription online and also had my annual reoccurring subscription

I only need 3 business returns.  I have 2 product codes, because I bought new desktop subscription online and also had my annual reoccurring subscription.  

 

I prefer to use the reoccurring subscription because it has a few nice perks like the included $60 audit defense.  

 

I already did one return on the one time subscription i bought online for $190.  Any way you can help me merge these to the reoccurring subscription and refund me the $190?

Call customer service at 800-446-8848.  Don't try chat or anything else as you will be frustrated.  I would not call today because since it is Sunday you have no idea where the rep will be and their knowledge.  You can try it, but if you feel you won't get resolution quickly, call back Monday.  There is a pretty good chance the rep that answers on any day will not know how to resolve this as it is not a typical request. If you begin to sense that the rep needs help, ask them to get their supervisor/manager involved which once again is probably going to be more effective on a weekday.  Good luck!!!
