Bought download for TurboTax Deluxe 2018, but message says cannot be opened because of a problem. I have MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009) OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 What now?

Mac system requirements :

2018 Requires 10.12 or higher.
2019 will require 10.13 or higher.

You can use the ONLINE version instead ... and get a refund for the program you cannot use ...
