Both parents died in 2016. Do I need to File a 1310 or any additional forms with their joint 1040 that I am completing on turbotax?

I am co-trustee on trust and POA. A home/ small investment account are the only assets. Once home is sold, a sibling will get specific amount of proceeds and I will the remainder. Who will the refund be made out to?  I have EIN but, no account under that number.

You need to file Form 1310 if there is a refund from due from the filing of their return.  The 1310 will allow you to have the refund paid directly to you. There are no additional forms you need to file for their personal return.
